Who we are
My uncle’s plane was shot down over Orote Airfield Guam on the squadron’s very first combat mission. They were never found. I developed an interest in the squadron while helping my dad search for some answers. This website is envisioned to be a shared source of photos & information about Torpedo Squadron One (VT-1).
